I’m 16 and want to play in a free poker tournament at a local resteraunt, would I be allowed to?

Me and my friend play online poker all the time and we never get to actually play with other people, we were gonna test our skills out over a this resteraunt that has a tourney, would we be allowed to play? (16 y/o’s each)
it’s a free tourney, I won’t have any losses
tbh m8 I’m 16, my mom doesn’t like me playing online although I win alot and I’m trying to play in a free tourney to hone my live skills, I just said I was married and all so I wouldnt get some idiots yelling at me that I’m underage

i would say probably not, because usually these free tournaments are for points, example; ten weeks tourney once a week person with most points at end of ten weeks gets free drinks or a small buy in tourney somewhere., so if you won you couldnt play or drink
